These meticulously handcarved stir paddles are a beautiful addition to any kitchen. They are perfect for stir frying, scrambling, and more. A must for any savvy chef.
Hand carved in our personal studio in the Pacific Northwest, our stir paddles are both wonderfully functional as well as works of art. We believe in life well made, and we seek to reflect this in every stir paddle we carve. We use reclaimed and responsibly sourced local woods native to North America, because we are passionate in the idea that our sources be as local and as gentle to the earth as possible.
These stir paddles are carefully carved by hand, by us, and are made to order. You stir paddle will be made especially for you. Please note that due to demand, our current production time is 2-3 weeks, so please make allowances for birthdays, holidays and other special gift-giving occasions.
Our walnut stir paddles measure approximately 12" long. The deliciously dark walnut used for these comes from a repurposed table.
All our spoons are treated with our own organic wood treatment blend of beeswax and coconut oil, and are therefor safe from any residual synthetic chemicals.
The Local Woodsman has been making spoons and stir paddles for half a lifetime now, and we stand by the quality and durability of our work. Our goods stand the test of time, and will become a trusted friend in your kitchen just as they have in ours.
If you have any questions regarding these stir paddles, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We love talking about our stir paddles.
